Residency Arrangements

Harmoni Place provides non-medical senior living residency services. We are not a medical facility, nursing home, or healthcare provider. Our services are designed for seniors who are able to live with a reasonable degree of independence and do not require continuous medical supervision or clinical nursing care.

Any residency at Harmoni Place is subject to a separate residency agreement that sets out the full terms, obligations, fees, and conditions applicable to the resident and the Company. That agreement is the governing document for the residency relationship and takes precedence over any general description on this website.

We reserve the right to assess the suitability of prospective residents and to decline or discontinue arrangements where the care or support needs of an individual exceed the scope of our non-medical services.
